Hiring Process
Step-1 SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Step-2 HANG IN THERE! WE’RE ASSESSING YOUR APPLICATION
If the recruiters and hiring managers find your knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the role, your resume will get shortlisted, and we will get in touch with you to inform you about the next stages of the evaluation process. Take this opportunity to understand the know-hows of the available role.
Step-3 TECHNICAL SCREENING
Depending on the role you’ve applied for, there might be a technical phone screen round, before we call you for an onsite interview. This is to understand your strengths and weaknesses and your eligibility for the role.
Step-4 ONSITE INTERVIEW - TALK FACE-TO-FACE WITH YOUR POTENTIAL PEERS.
This is a chance for us to get to know each other better. And we look forward to it, because now, you’re one step closer to being a proud member of the Maxima Nutrition Family. Your recruiter will reach out to you, and help you understand the number of rounds you would’ve to go through during the onsite interview. Step-5 HOLD TIGHT. YOU’RE ALMOST THERE!
After the interview processes are over, the interviewers will submit their feedback to the hiring committee. Based on the evaluation rounds, your suitability for the role you have applied for will be discussed. An independent hiring committee, along with interviewers and recruiters, takes a collective call over your interview performance in order to maintain consistency in the hiring process that we’ve at Maxima Nutrition.
Step- 6 OFFER ROLLOUT - IT’S TIME TO REJOICE!
Your recruiters will connect with you to share your interview feedback and discuss the next steps. Once a decision has been made about your candidature and if you are selected, we will roll out an offer for you. Make the smart move, accept the offer.
